Scientific Visual is at the forefront of developing automated systems for quality control in industrial crystals used in semiconductor and watch manufacturing. Our systems use robotic, machine vision and image processing components to detect and quantify internal defects before crystal processing. This enables manufacturers to ensure superior quality and minimise ecological footprints through efficient crystal usage.
Your responsibilities
- Assistance in project management : Track project deadlines and milestones. Allocate and monitor resources. Prepare routine reports and presentations.
- Customer support: Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries and support. Redirect issues as needed and track customer deadlines.
- Financial planning: Takes ownership of financial and accounting matters Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and payment processing.
- Communication: Publish updates on the company website and LinkedIn.
- Office: Order supplies, manage inventory, coordinate logistics. Maintain a clean, professional office environment.
- Admin support: Respond to calls, emails and post, convert it to task allocation and scheduling. Organise meetings and events.
Essential Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German. French is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised.
- Accuracy in scheduling, accounting, and documentation.
- Ability to handle unexpected issues and find efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, ChatGPT, and WordPress.
- Swiss citizenship or C, B, or S permit
