Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Receiving, modifying, and creating of orders – EDI and e-mail
- Proactively checking stock availability and wrongly set net prices on a daily basis
- Ensuring the implementation of complete and on-time deliveries to reach the best Service Level
- Ensuring very good communication with the customers on a daily basis
- Close cooperation with the Planning / Finance / Sales / Logistics / Quality / IT departments
- Issuing documents – credit and debit notes, manual invoicing in SAP (month end closure)
- Daily communication with a transport company – timings, delivery notes, returns, damaged goods
- Prioritization of tasks when working under pressure (few deadlines during the day)
- Active participation in external and internal audits / trainings / projects regarding assigned responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in an international company
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, and Microsoft Access is an advantage
- Very good work organization skills and stress resilience
- Independent person with a fluent level of Czech and English at least B1 level)
