VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Employee Engagement Specialist to join our HR team based in Stabio, CH.

Employee engagement is a critical factor of maintaining a motivated, satisfied and productive workforce. You as, Employee Engagement Specialist, will be responsible for executing strategies and programs that foster positive employee experiences, contribute to sharing company culture and enhance VF’s organizational performance and wellbeing.

Reporting to the Sr HR Director responsible for Employee Engagement across EMEA, you will support the development, delivery, communication, and monitoring of initiatives related to employee engagement, IDEA and wellbeing.

You will closely collaborate with the IDEA and with the People Service leaders and with their teams, to ensure an aligned approach in terms of planning and execution of the different initiatives.

Daily, you will:

• Provide organisational and project management support in the areas of employee engagement, IDEA and wellbeing, ensuring alignment across the different areas
• Implement, monitor progresses and recommend adjustments to employee engagement activities
• Organize and coordinate employee events, volunteering opportunities and social gatherings to reinforce the One VF culture
• Partner with the Countries HR team to inform them about EMEA employee engagement initiatives which could be implemented at local level (including DCs and stores as relevant)
• Support the Brand Experience Manager responsible for VF employee engagement plan and budget in building and managing the yearly calendar, and with the execution of the different initiatives
• Connect with local (Stabio) authorities and associations to build a relevant network of relationships, to be leveraged as needed
• Actively research best practices in the employee engagement space
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive, targeted and streamlined communications with internal stakeholders to raise awareness about engagement initiatives
• Act as internal engagement and culture ambassador, establishing and coordinating a new ERG dedicated to engagement and culture
• Work with the Brands to get support/sponsorship for the organisation of different events and initiatives
• Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through various recognition programs

Skills For Success

To succeed as Employee Engagement Specialist, you must have a passion for team engagement, culture and an interest in connecting with our associates.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organization / project management skills and can work in a diverse environment
• Passion for teamwork, ability to collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Strong networking ability and communication skills
• Notions of budget management
• Innovative thinking, creative mindset and ability to bring new ideas
• Positive mindset, pragmatic problem solving
• Previous experience in supporting roles or events organisation (a plus)
• Knowledge / experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (a plus)
