Our Business Development Associates are at the forefront of starting our journey with our clients, building trust, and surpassing our clients’ expectations around how we can help them with financial planning. The associates are the first point of contact for new and potential clients therefore we are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals who thrive on delivering excellent client service.

You will help clients start their journey with the deVere Group, you will be knowledgeable about what we can offer and really take the time to listen to our clients and understand their needs. We are looking for client focused, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals who can showcase what deVere has to offer and how this may benefit the client.

The training for this opportunity is in Porto, Warsaw, Mexico City, Milan, Budapest

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Build successful relationships with clients over the phone to help identify financial planning opportunities
  • Listening and reacting to clients’ needs and requirements
  • Ensure every potential deVere client receives outstanding service
  • Build clients knowledge and expectations of how deVere can benefit them from financial advice
  • Arranging adviser meetings with clients
  • Set expectations of what the first meeting and process entails
  • Making video/telephone calls
  • Supporting clients through the 3 stage process that each client undertakes.
  • Seek client feedback and ensure client feedback (and learnings from) are shared and acted upon to help leverage and increase opportunity conversion and client satisfaction. Identify winning behaviours based on client feedback and best practice principles and increase effort/activity on the right opportunities

Key Capabilities, Knowledge Areas & Personal Attributes

  • Have previous experience of phone-based client service – desirable
  • Highly inquisitive, able to work and communicate with a diverse range of people and skill sets
  • Ideally, have knowledge of the financial planning industry – desirable
