Your responsibilities

• Drive companywide innovation process and manage global innovation pipeline
• Manage ideation management process, evaluate ideas and transform them into projects
• Identify innovation opportunities across all relevant markets and beyond
• Build up, develop and maintain professional network in the area of technology innovation in industry, universities, research institutes and within the organizations
• Execute technology review studies, stay up-to-date of industry trends and identify emerging technologies
• Support technology development projects in new materials, processes or applications
• Lead innovation and ideation workshops internally and with customers
• Support the upper management in process reporting, documentation and roadmap review

Our requirements

• A university degree in engineering, science or other relevant technical fields
• Proven experience in innovation management and a passion for emerging technologies
• Familiarity with innovation processes and methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Curious, result-oriented, initiative and self-driven character
• Good knowledge of rubber and plastic technology is an advantage
• Open-minded, able to build and maintain professional network
• Fluent in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills), German is an advantage
• Openness to travel
