Tasks

As a Training & Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be a catalyst for excellence in Crew Planning & Disposition. You’ll design, develop, and manage comprehensive training programs and knowledge management systems, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and expertise to excel.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Crew Planning & Disposition staff, focusing on operational procedures, methodological skills
  • Create and manage a centralized knowledge management system to facilitate easy access to critical information and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and design tailored programs to address specific skill gaps
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, continually refining content
  • Support the implementation of new software and tools, ensuring that staff members are proficient and confident in their use
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and documentation, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies

Requirements

  • A university degree in education, human resources, business administration, aviation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training development, delivery, and knowledge management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and familiarity with modern training and knowledge management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a strong asset.
