Your new challenges

Your Job is all about data around our METRO.digital people-life cycle to influence the experience with our company.

You build with us our Reporting for HR and People Experience:

  • Developing, tracking, consult and guide on various KPI’s for multiple teams and management;
  • Setup Dashboards and create a multitude of recurring reports;
  • Derive conclusion and improvements to help the business to grow sustainable
  • Forecasting;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to visualize and report insights creatively in variety of formats to various stakeholders;
  • You are a team player but be equally comfortable taking own initiative;
  • You have HR knowledge or experience.

Reports/Dashboard/Forecasts

  • Analyze collected data from several sources, determining trends, reconciling differences and reporting information to obtain a synthetic overview in different areas like:
  • Recruiting;
  • Branding and Social Media;
  • Onboarding;
  • Retain;
  • Employer Engagement;
  • Well-being;
  • Exit;
  • Resource planning.

Interfaces

  • Help to build interfaces to ensure that we collect the relevant data from the source system (different HR IT Tools e.g. SaaS, SAP on premise).

Optimization

  • Automate reporting processes – enable our people to reduce administrative work of reporting;
  • Help top build a strategy and continuously support with ideas of improvements based on the data you see.

Data protection and data security

  • Ensure security of sensitive HR data;
  • Experience with data protection and GDPR;
  • Formulate conclusions and interpretation of data;
  • Build models that elevate the people experience and track impact over time.
