Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CIO and the wider business to ensure the successful delivery of the companies modernisation within technology
• You will become a key member of the transformation team.
• Research and present business cases clearly promoting opportunities and risks as well as business impacts.

Your experience will include:

• Experience working in/for small to medium or start-up businesses as well as responding quickly to the business changing needs.
• Expertise in managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Documenting as-is and to-be processes
• Working with external development teams writing user stories as necessary.
• Coordination of projects, schedules, tracking and report on progress
• Experience in MS Dynamics (CRM) and how to optimise the processes.
