The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company’s market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing customers via Calling, References, Social, CA, Connecter, Broker and etc.
- Customer counseling on loan offers.
- Knowledge of Secured and Unsecured Loans and Mortgages (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan and Loan Against Property)
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process.
- Understanding & structuring of client’s loan requirements.
- Need to achieve monthly Sales target.
- Regular active and updated daily business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in Personal loan, Business Loan, Home Loan and Loan against property
- Minimum Graduate
