Selection Process:
The Selection Process will consist of an online test, online pre-placement webinar, two rounds of online interviews, evaluation of past achievements and reference checks. The role offers strong, progressive organizational career growth paths for good performers.
The job includes a 3-month training period in which a stipend of Rs.17,500/- pm will be provided and a probation period for 3-month in which Rs.20,000/- pm will be provided. Upon completion of training and confirmation of full-time position, the candidate will be eligible for full CTC of 4.2 LPA (3 fixed + 1.2 variable).
