The graduate programme is designed to kickstart your career. The programme is for 2 years and you’ll have rotations during that time with clear learning objectives to support your growth. You’ll be connected to several people, that will give you sparring, guidance and support throughout the whole programme. About This Opportunity
Welcome to Applied Data Science, Nordea’s Centre of Excellence for MarTech, Advance Analytics, ML and AI. With us, you’ll take part in the digital revolution by giving us the possibility to connect even more with our customers’ needs and build the tools to enable dreams and aspirations. We support functions across Nordea in creating and enabling data driven decision-making to create great customer experiences and solve exciting business problems.
You will be collaborating with skilled, international teams in a motivating, agile environment and play a part in creating a data-driven future – through innovative enterprise level solutions and collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will rotate between different units where you will work with strategically important tasks and projects within the following domains:
- AI/ML implementation at Group level
- Data Science
- Data foundation and Marketing Technology
- Digital Analytics and Online Optimization
Examples of tasks and projects you´ll be responsible for and/or participate in:
- Joining and driving various deliveries across the value chain
- Work with business units to identify new business requirements together with the team
- Communicating with and preparing reports to various stakeholders
- Deliver data and analytical solutions in close collaboration with our engineering teams
- Process definition, implementation and governance tasks

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate positions, you have:
- Relevant Master’s degree (latest 1st Sept. 2022)
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent English language skills
