Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Accountant in Pontiac, MI. Our client is an Automotive Supplier. The accountant is responsible Ensuring the accuracy of financial and accounting tasks of the company to ensure that the financial results are carried out correctly and in accordance with the law.

Responsibilities Of An Accountant Includes

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Supports and prepares Financial Statements in a timely manner.
• Develops reports that support the board for making the decision.
• Supports the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Perform service to internal and external customers
• Analyzes and monitor Budget Balance
• Develop and analyze the accounts involving the operation of the Analysis of financial indicators.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Develop and review the financial reconciliations Accounts Receivable – Accounts Payable and Taxes.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Support to compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Of An Accountant

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures per GAAP
• Highly detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and integrity.

Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

REQUIRED Experience And Education

• Degree and major: Bachelor and/or equivalent degree in Tax, Accounting or Finance or related field or combination of schooling and on the job experience. 3 ~5 years in related field
• Language: English ( Fluent). Korean and/or Spanish is plus.
