Investment & Citizenship Consultant will demonstrate success in sales and will be preferred to have international experience of high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate would need to meet with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require, as well as, having the ability to build relationships, provide professional advice, gain client confidence, and close international sales. You would also be responsible for managing the organization’s communication initiatives and networking especially with the embassies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement visa investment strategy
• Contribute to sector mapping, finding, and evaluating investment opportunities
• Assist clients to acquire new citizenships through golden visas
• Give expert advice on the best residence and citizenship planning solutions available building and maintaining relationships with investees
• Develop and implement publicity strategies for company events
• Organize promotional events, PR activations, attending all public relations activities such as conferences, especially that are attended by the embassy to promote the company’s image
• Expert in tie-up with corporates, embassies and relevant government sectors
• Build and sustain relations with the embassy members
• Support the full scope of investment workflow, including pipeline management
• Lead analysis and evaluation of new investment opportunities.
• Monitor the external environment, financial markets, regulatory developments and other trends and best practices related to impact investments in our focus areas
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in wealth management, real estate, consultancy, or similar sectors.
• Preferably previous work experience in public relations and networking
• Excellent financial modelling skills, structuring skills, and experience in negotiating.
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with golden visa’s is preferred.
• Experienced in dealing with high-net-worth clients.
