Job Description

Role Overview:

In this role, you will assist with shareholder and broker/dealer requests, facilitating money movement between clients(s) and shareholders, completing analysis of fund and investor data, and more. This is an opportunity to be part of a close knit, collaborative, fun team with numerous opportunities for growth and advancement. This position is currently working remotely with opportunity for future hybrid model.

Job Responsibilities: (May include and are not limited to)

• Interact with clients and shareholders on a daily basis.
• Perform new account establishment and transnational processing.
• Documentation review, analysis and resolution.
• Answer calls and resolve shareholder and client requests.
• Interface with investment professionals and industry firms.
• Send, receive and reconcile incoming and outgoing money movements.
• Use technology to analyze and present data in meaningful formats to various partners.
• Interact and collaborate with peers, management and internal stake holders.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
• Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and on individual projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related industry experience is helpful but not required
