About the job:

Consumer Additions have partnered with a Luxury Fashion Digital Marketplace brand that are looking to appoint an E-Commerce Manager to join their London-based team. You will be responsible for fuelling the company’s e-commerce growth. You will have a holistic view of the business, working closely with business development, marketing, and operations.

The organisation is hybrid working with an amazing office based in Central London. The CEO is growing the business at an accelerated rate and there is the opportunity to grow out of a team and progress quickly within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Create an E-Commerce strategy that spans several digital channels.
• Leading design, prioritising developments, and optimising the engineering budget are all part of managing the product roadmap.
• Manage growth marketing through managing agency partnerships, tracking the performance of existing channels (Google, Facebook), and establishing new touchpoints.
• Improve existing metrics through rigorous testing and analytics to drive funnel improvement.
• Lead customer insights research and CRM analysis to improve the customer experience.
• Streamline E-Commerce processes to bring new brand partners online and manage back-end operations with them.
• Manage E-Commerce logistics by streamlining everything from order fulfillment to returns and exchanges.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equal experience.
• Have 3-5 years of E-Commerce and digital marketing experience.
• Be a team player and a capable leader who can manage a developing team.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
• Be commercially focused and very comfortable working with numbers.
• In a fast-paced environment, you must be capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Have a flexible and approachable attitude, with creative and problem-solving skills.
• Be meticulous and detailed by nature.
