– Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
– Proactively identify and address hiring needs for the business.
– Periodically evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures.
– Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as & when needed.
– Build diverse candidate pools and create initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent.
– Oversee and look for opportunities to improvise the overall candidate experience
– Actively participate in all stakeholder meetings on talent hiring for current & future hiring needs.
– Develop & analyse recruitment metrics and use market insights and analysis to continually refine & improve the talent acquisition process.
– Owning all hiring processes – setting high standards for speed and quality.
