  • Planning and developing social media campaigns
  • Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
  • Posting content across social media accounts
  • Engaging with followers on different channels
  • Analyzing and running donation campaigns
  • Being on top of the latest social media trends
  • Collaborating with the team members in the field for content
  • Managing the social media platform one week ahead through a social media management app (“LATER” or else).
  • Communicating with team members and stay up to date on any event/mission that might occur
  • Manage and expand the organization’s mailing list
  • Crafting the Newsletter according to the organization’s needs and activities.
  • Job requirements
  • Experience as a social media manager or a similar role (At least two years of experience)
  • Experience in creating social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Craft engaging content
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Languages: English (mother tongue or equivalent).
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior experience as a copywriter
  • Prior experience as a content manager
  • Additional languages
