We’re looking for an Accountant who can provide day-to-day administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth procedures.

Candidates applying for the role should be highly organized and must perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. Experience with the corporate service industry would be an advantage and an understanding of what “excellent customer service” means.

Ideally, the candidate should be able to administer both daily accounting activities and brainstorm innovative ideas as well. The candidate should drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Accounts team.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily tasks of sales, transfers, accounts payable/ receivables, finalization of accounts, payroll, etc
• Design and renew sales proposals and pricing.
• Update internal databases with account information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service.
• Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities.
• Conduct day-to-day transactional processing and reporting on taxation. This includes the accurate posting of all tax-related entries.
• Maintain monthly closing checklist under the supervision of the line manager.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Other daily tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an accountant.
• Experience in Zoho (Mandatory)
• Preferably from Business Setup Industry
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• CA inter, CMA, or qualified accountant would be a great advantage.
