Rapid Security Inc is a New Jersey based Security Company that specializes in Security Installation, Monitoring and Dispatch. We are large enough to meet the needs of Corporations and delicate enough to supply customers with personalized home security services as well as everything in between. We are currently looking for a Staff Accountant to join our office team and oversee our ever-growing financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee accounts payable and send payments

· Receive and enter invoices in QuickBooks Online

· Create and disperse invoices to clients via email and mail

· Receive allocate and deposit payments via check, credit card, and ACH

· Timely filing and payment of Quarterly Sales Tax

· Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

· Work with CPA to ensure accurate tax representation

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar field

· At least 1 year working in an office setting as a Staff Accountant, Comptroller, Bookkeeper or a similar role with comparable responsibilities

· At least 1 year with Quickbooks Online
