Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for any technical expertise/ advisory required in HR
processes
Ensuring the project architecture is inline to the Organization EA wide architecture
The technical work done by the SI partners is inline to the best practices followed
across organizations
Ideation around the system improvement plans and getting them executed end to
end
Ensuring the success of the projects by having robust and fine-tuned architecture/
code
Having full control on the HR tower architecture from system and integrations stand
point
Check on Cost and performance of code written by vendor partners
Should have hands on experience in OIC/ SOA, Oracle HRMS, PL/SQL, integrations,
APIs, userhooks, fast formulas.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Technology (any stream)
Solid technical background, with hands on experience in OIC/ SOA, ORacle HRMS,
PL/SQL, integrations, APIs, userhooks, fast formulas.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
