Responsibilities

 Be the primary point of contact for any technical expertise/ advisory required in HR

processes

 Ensuring the project architecture is inline to the Organization EA wide architecture

 The technical work done by the SI partners is inline to the best practices followed

across organizations

 Ideation around the system improvement plans and getting them executed end to

end

 Ensuring the success of the projects by having robust and fine-tuned architecture/

code

 Having full control on the HR tower architecture from system and integrations stand

point

 Check on Cost and performance of code written by vendor partners

 Should have hands on experience in OIC/ SOA, Oracle HRMS, PL/SQL, integrations,

APIs, userhooks, fast formulas.  

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

 Graduate in Technology (any stream)

 Solid technical background, with hands on experience in OIC/ SOA, ORacle HRMS,

PL/SQL, integrations, APIs, userhooks, fast formulas.  

 Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
