1. Position: Process Associate – (US Process) B2B (International voice)

Project: Background Verification Process
Location: Nagpur

Criteria: Min HSC, graduation or Post
Graduation in any stream.

Excellent English speaking skills and basic computer knowledge.

Salary: 10K to 15K

Shifts: Fixed Night shifts

Work Week: Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are fixed off.

Job Description:

To provide client support and issue resolution via Phone, Chat/ E-Mail and other electronic media.
Maintaining and analyzing database
To write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Interpret data from various formats.
Ability to calculate and use the data for further procedures
Maintaining database in an organized manner
Working with and in the team.

Desired Profile:

Candidate should possess good communication skills
All UG/Grad/ PG, Fresher or experienced are eligible.
Quick learning ability and implementation skills
Confident enough to interact & deal with the clients
Should be able to work & excel in a dynamic and changing work environment
