ROLE DESCRIPTION
For our Store in Munich, we are looking for Store Manager with previous experience in the same role, gained in fashion companies.
We are looking to meet candidates that have the experience and skills required to take responsibility for the following:
– Provide an outstanding customer service, driving, maximizing sales and building customer loyalty.
– Develop your team by giving clear directions.
– You will ensure sales targets are met and will work on all administrative topics in direct relationship with your head office.
– Maintain store standards and ensure the guidelines are followed at all times.

The successful candidate will possess a high level of energy and the following essential requirements:
– Deep passion for fashion
– Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
– Customers attitude
– Good at Visual Merchandising
– Team-player mentality
– Fluent English and German.
