The position
Full-time position
This is a hybrid role
Location: Portugal, Lisboa
What will you do
Full cycle recruiting that includes meeting with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build an effective recruiting strategy, and set/manage clear process and delivery expectations
Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders
Act as trusted partner, consultant, and advisor to hiring managers, and HR Business Partners by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
Demonstrate all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, job fairs and networking events
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Manage overall data integrity within the applicant tracking system
Help manage and execute talent acquisition and the onboarding of our talents, and support HR department bringing its Talent strategies to life;
Contribute to develop sourcing channels, internally and externally and the talent network among the different stakeholders;
Sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures, and build a strong talent pipeline for our current and future hiring needs;
Support HR local processes and Talent Acquisition initiatives worldwide;
Develop and deploy local Employer branding strategy and supporting Onboarding of new Talent ensuring a great employee experience;
Who are we looking for
An HR professional used to work in a fast-paced environment, with experience to recruit multi languages profiles amongst Financial, Sales and Tech profiles.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist has experience in implementing and developing Employer Branding strategies, and ensuring the End-to-End Talent Acquisition process.
Should be eager to support HR team in daily activities and work closely with managers across the company.
Job Requirements
Experienced to recruit multi languages profiles;
A professional with excellent communication skills;
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist;
Experienced with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
Experienced in using different recruiting channels

Ability to translate business/organizational needs as they relate to recruiting lifecycle
Candidate experience centric
Lead with a customer centric approach with a proven ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
A highly structured and organized individual who can prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
A high attention to detail to identify risks, investigate and discover the key cause and impact of options, decisions, and outcomes
Demonstrated ability to use applicant tracking system and social media tools – Workday experience is a plus!
Direct sourcing expertise using a range of methods and approaches including networking, internet mining and cold calling
An ability to work independently and drive recruiting seamlessly, quickly and with passion
Excellent written and interpersonal skills, ability to influence, experience sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates
Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and an international environment
Proven track record of driving process improvements and an unmatched desire to provide excellent service to our candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners
Is solution oriented, result driven, proactive and flexible
Has a strong work ethic; self-directed, resourceful, works independently, motivated by own drive and passion, capable of working independently as well as working in a team
Demonstrates personal accountability and integrity
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or Similar with 3+ years of technical and non-technical recruitment experience
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
Understand and knows Portuguese labor law linked to hiring process
