Assessment Operations Lead
Location: Slough (minimum two days a week)

Are you an operations delivery manager with significant experience of delivering assessment or qualifications services? If so, grow your career with NFER as the Assessment Operations Lead and make a positive, lasting impact in a leading independent charity.
This role will lead the operational delivery of our Assessment contracts and trials. You’ll be a core part of the department team, with an important role in ensuring the successful delivery within schools. The role is central to ensuring we have the plans, processes, and capabilities to win, deliver and support assessment contracts.
Purpose:
– Maintain, grow, manage and continually develop NFER’s assessment operations capability.
– Lead the design and delivery of the operational elements of assessment trials and delivery projects.
– Lead the definition, implementation and quality assurance of operational processes.
Requirements:
– A demonstrable track record of delivering high-stakes assessment or qualifications projects.
– Strong project management skills and experience – PRINCE2 practitioner certified.
– The ability to lead and motivate people, maximising performance.
