Description 

Department/Job Overview:

• A challenging position within Credit Suisse Asset Management Switzerland as a Client, Portfolio and Benchmark Data Specialist where you will be part of a centralized function with cross disciplinary responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• You will have an opportunity to work in a dynamic team of motivated and experienced data specialists, who are responsible for maintaining client, portfolio and benchmark data in the various asset management systems
• You will work closely with sales, portfolio management, legal, compliance and operations teams across the Bank as well as with our external stakeholders and ensure that a new client and its accounts are opened in the systems in line with the client contract
• You will ensure completeness and a high quality of data required in the systems by the time of the investment
• You will support building a completely new experience for the users of the Client Onboarding system by contributing to the development of the platform

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Experience in working with the Investment Management Agreements and understanding of the discretionary and advisory investment services
• Very high reliability, accurate working methods, a trained eye for details
• Client-centered focus
• Good Microsoft Excel knowledge

Desired Skills:

• Strong communication skills, hands-on attitude and talent to motivate people around you
• Fluent in German and English essential, French and/or Italian would be a plus

Experience Level:

• 4+ years of professional experience in data management, preferably in the portfolio management, client onboarding or investment compliance area within an established financial institution

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking and Finance or a related field
