We are seeking a talented and experienced “Senior iOS Developer (f/m/d)” to play a pivotal role in our mobile development team.

What you’ll do

• Collaboration: Engage in a dynamic work environment, collaborating with the iOS team, Data Science, UX/UI designers, Product Manager, and other cross-functional teams.
• Development: Ensure the highest standards of code quality. Leverage Swift and SwiftUI to bring value to our customers and employees by building and maintaining robust iOS applications.
• Automation: Contribute and improve automation processes for our continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Architecture: Take a leading role for the iOS architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with backend services.
• End-to-End Responsibility: Demonstrate a senior mindset by making critical technical decisions, taking ownership, responsibility and providing mentorship to team members.

What you should bring

• Swift & SwiftUI: You have a deep understanding of Swift Programming Language, iOS Frameworks & APIs & furthermore SwiftUI.
• TCA (The Composable Architecture): Experience with TCA for scalable and maintainable iOS architecture.
• Automation Adept: Professional skills in test automation (XCTest, Quick/Quick/Nimble), meaningful (unit) tests, and modern CI/CD tools (Bitrise).
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication skills for engaging with software professionals and product teams.
• Decision-Driving Comfort: Comfortable initiating and steering complex technical decisions with effective communication.
• Team Collaboration: Team player mentality, willingness to collaborate, and contribute to the entire product.
• Mentorship Mindset: Willingness to mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Nice to have, but not mandatory: Firebase, ARKit, eCommerce/shop experiences, Telemetry/observability
