Do you have the experience, sensitivity and skills to support children and families ?

Can you manage a busy but fulfilling caseload, providing effective advice, guidance and support?

Are you qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in health, social care or early years?

The primary focus of these roles is the provision of a range of engagement activities, information support and advice to families, both at our Family Centre hubs and other sites within the community, including home visits. You are expected to have a ‘hands on’ approach to the delivery of services.

Salary: £24,141 per annum.

Location: these roles will be based around East Herts, so you must be able to travel around the region in your own vehicle, which must be insured for business use. (Business insurance is cheap to obtain from your current insurer).

Family Centres are places where children under 11 years old and their families can receive seamless integrated services and information. It is also where they can access help from a range of multi-disciplinary teams of professionals.
