Tasks & Responsibilities-

Ø Partner with Consumer Planning organization and Manufacturing sites to optimize loading and transport operations to drive efficiencies in E2E operations of finished goods replenishment applying Lean principles

Ø Manage relationships with transport and logistics service providers via metrics to improve reliability, reduce Lead-times, drive overall performance and agility, including business continuity set ups.

Ø Drive Supplier enabled innovation and Sustainability- identify, assess, analyze, and implement innovation projects to deliver cost savings, improve efficiency and CO2 footprint

Ø Proactively surfaces and resolves key issues with a sense of urgency, support agile operations in crisis management, help develop and execute business continuity plans.

Ø Support E2E Supply Chain projects from Inbound transportation perspective, lay the foundation for future integrated transportation solutions, and pave the way to achieve the transportation excellence.

ü Subject Matter Expertise across core Transportation, Planning and Carrier management, knowledge of import / export processes and Transportation management systems

ü Experience in managing complex operations across EMEA, working in a regional function and matrix organization. Ability to provide leadership in complex and challenging situations

ü High degree of independent judgement & decision making

ü Ability to drive continuous improvement (LEAN certification is desired) and innovation in Transportation management with an end-to-end view.

ü Excellent analytics skills with ability to conceptualize and build business cases

Job Qualifications

ü Minimum 3-5 years in end-to-end Supply chain related disciplines, good understanding of order-to-cash process
