Project Site Coordinator

Start Date: end of January 2024

Contract Length: 9 – 12 months

Language: German & English

Task and responsibilities:

• Deliver a high quality solution to the specified client design & standards
• Coordinate and communicate with the general and sub-contractors to provide quality technical oversight to the client standards and industry best practice
• Drive and participate with testing, quality control and signoff
• Champion best practice, security first and right first-time solution

Must Have:

• German speaker with excellent spoken and written English
• Quality control experience and an eye for detail
• 5+ years of cabling and building IT fit-out experience
• Experience of working with General contractor teams and 3rd party suppliers to represent Infrastructure IT teams
• Knowledge of AV installations within a corporate environment
• Project management from inception through to completion, including status reporting, Resource, budget and timeframe management
• Communication with multiple stakeholders
• Extensive experience of working in IT comms room environments
• Experience of working on construction sites during fit-out stages
• Experience of working within and to agreed standards
• Demonstrable experience of project handover to operational teams including provision of support and documentation
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of industry standard cabling tools and practices e.g. hayel, Fluke, cable testing

Nice to Have:

• Broad understanding of other technology stacks, particularly networks
• Building fit outs from start to finish  
• Experience of working within a Financial Services environment
• Installation & working experience with physical security & BMS systems
