About UnLtd

UnLtd is the leading provider of support to social entrepreneurs in the UK and offers the largest such network in the world. Our mission is to find social entrepreneurs with bold solutions to today’s challenges. Through funding and support, we help them to realise their potential and creating lasting change.

About the role

We have a talented Social Entrepreneur Support team who find, fund, and support social entrepreneurs across the UK. They help our award winners with everything from managing their cash flow, developing business plans, evidencing social impact, raising investment, to helping them find expert mentors in specialist fields.

UnLtd funds social entrepreneurs with the most potential for impact and provide market-leading support. This supports Social Entrepreneurs across the UK to create impact and drive change. This role will work in collaboration across the organisation to ensure we deliver, develop and improve our work to find, fund and support social entrepreneurs.

The Impact Areas Team focuses on two thematic areas. Currently, these areas are Healthy Ageing and Access to Employment, but these are subject to change. The team exists to support a critical mass of social entrepreneurs focused on addressing the UK’s most pressing societal challenges, so that they can achieve greater impact than they would individually.

This role will lead the Impact Areas Team to seek a diverse pipeline of social entrepreneurs with solutions to these challenges and deliver equitable awards and support. The role will work alongside social entrepreneurs and make data-informed decisions. The role will play a major role in deepening the team’s capability and expertise. The role also involves developing internal awareness and knowledge of the thematic areas.

This role is also critical for enhancing UnLtd’s visibility and reputation across the sector and supporting the development of partnerships to enable us to deliver our strategic goals.

We particularly welcome applications from people with disabilities, Black, Asian, or Minority Ethnic backgrounds,

LGBTQIA and from different socio-economic and educational backgrounds.
