Job Purpose

The Senior Assistant Pricing is part of the newly created Australia / New Zealand team within the Bulgaria based Shared Service Center (SSC) of CCEP. The role is supporting the creation and maintenance of Pricing master data and the implementation of processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the Data Management service level, efficiency and effectiveness.

The Senior Assistant Pricing will also support the transition team to ensure the successful migration of all pricing activities in-scope for SSC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform the assigned daily tasks for creation and maintenance of Pricing master data independently, accurately, on time and as per the agreed targets
  • Ensure that all pricing change forms received have appropriate approvals in accordance with CCEP chart of authority;
  • Undertake price file uploads, working with the relevant BU stakeholder to resolve any arising issues (such as insufficient data)
  • Support the drive to ensure that Data Management processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner;
  • Assure that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding and support for Pricing Master Data Management, Order to Cash, and Shared Services generally
  • Work and liaise closely with all relevant teams like BU Finance, Sales and Marketing and others to ensure accurate Pricing Master Data Management;
  • Proactively improve the quality of Pricing Master Data management through identification and resolution of issues and continuous improvement of Pricing Master Data processes;
  • Process in a timely manner all requests received from other teams / stakeholders;
  • Assist in trainings wherever required; update process documents

Requirements

  • Previous work experience preferably in a multinational company (Finance and/or Accounting) is considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions with focus on continuous improvement.
  • University Degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting).
  • Fluent written and verbal skills (conversational and business communications) in English.
  • Qualification in LEAN Six Sigma is considered an advantage.
  • Excel skills
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Package
  • ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
  • Power BI knowledge is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
  • Insightful, thorough, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
  • Taking initiative, accountability & responsibility for own work
  • Effectively manages deadlines/time, prioritization, multi-task
  • Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service
  • Team player with good networking skills
