Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech business has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst within the Principal, Inventory and Costing, Centre of Excellence (PIC COE) and will be located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, Diegem, Belgium, Zuchwil, Switzerland, or Cork, Ireland.

Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, this Senior Financial Analyst will support multiple franchises within the MedTech sector and will use financial, systems and general business expertise to provide analysis and support to the PIC COE.

Some of the key characteristics for a successful candidate are strong technical accounting skills, strong systems and a process improvement mind-set, compliance focused and being results and performance driven. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to learn multiple financial systems and processes. The candidate must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional, global team. Must display a strong desire for accurate high-quality work, with attention to detail.

The primary responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • End to End accountability for intercompany pricing for multiple franchises in the MedTech Sector
  • Documenting Financial, Physical and Systems Flows
  • Lead Automation and Process Improvement initiatives
  • Analyze and Root Cause Affiliate PPV
  • Compliance activities including Validations, SOPs and Affiliate Gross Profit Governance
  • Support Year-End activities within accountable ERP’s
  • Business Partnering with Key Stakeholders
  • Support of ad hoc requests, as required
  • Become a valued member of the team
  • Support HMD Projects

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent English

Desirable Attributes

  • Strong computer literacy with experience in ERP Systems & Microsoft packages
  • Experience with tools like Alteryx and Power BI
  • Finance experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Consistent track record in multicultural business partnering

The base pay range for this position is $73,000 – $117,300

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
