Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You are responsible for building successful and positive relationships with Bus Partners and other stakeholders
- You support the technical and operational preparation of Bus Partners for the launch of their lines
- You manage assigned lines including ensuring punctuality and additional services
- You manage safety and quality standards of assigned lines, drivers and Bus Partners
- You ensure the optimization and enhancement of connections in accordance with FlixBus standards
- You train bus drivers in terms of daytime and night service lines for FlixBus
- You provide our Bus Partners with support in all technical and operational matters
- You are responsible for the flawless and timely implementation of various operational projects
- You carry out inspections of vehicles and drivers’ work as necessary
- You provide support for solving crisis situations (failures, accidents)
- You provide support to the operational team in other tasks as needed
- You regularly report on your work, results, project statuses while keeping all relevant stakeholders informed, signaling next steps and following up when needed
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Higher education: transport, logistics, engineering, economics, management, business, administration etc.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the transport industry
- Fluent Ukrainian and very good level of English (min. B2)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Readiness for business trips (approx. 20% of working time)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects within strict deadlines
- Ability to make decisions and act autonomously
- Ability to deal with different stakeholders: business partners, bus drivers, station managers and authorities
