About The Team:
FIS’ Trading & Asset Services business unit within our Capital Markets organization provides mission-critical software and services to both buy side and sell side institutions. The lines between buy side and sell side have become more blurred. About The Role:
Our Pricing Analyst II will report to the Co-Head of Commercial Management in the Trading & Asset Services Business Unit. This role will be responsible for preparing pricing and structuring deals to support a global Sales team from RFP through contract signature for new logos and renewals. Being effective in this role requires the ability to understand deal structure types, populate pro forma models and provide recommendations regarding pricing and deal structures. This role will interact with various teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, Functional and Revenue Assurance teams located around the globe. This position requires the ability to understand the guiding principles and apply those to various deals and client types. This role will be part of a larger team of +20 professionals located around the globe focused on supporting clients including tier 1-4 banks, broker dealers, asset managers, hedge funds and wealth managers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Commercial Pricing & Structuring Acumen
Utilize analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to develop to provide recommendations and guide deal structures ranging from simple to highly complex in a defined portfolio, whilst operating in a fast paced, deal environment.
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Management, Professional Services, Managed Services, Pre-Sales, and Client Experience teams to understand costs, develop creative pricing structures, and strategies for simple as well as complex transactions which include a combination of software, professional services, hosting, and business process outsourcing.
Identify areas of opportunity and collaboratively work across the team to accelerate time to quote and time to contract by driving process improvements across the entire deal life cycle whilst maximizing Revenue.
Develop an understanding of Revenue Recognition opportunities and pitfalls associated with pricing, deal structures, and contract language.

Collaborate with the other pricing professionals to leverage best practices and processes.
Analytical mindset, receptive to ideas of others to drive continuous improvements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.

Effectively and clearly communicate with Sales and Functions through emails and during meetings.
Clearly lay out the elements of pricing and speak to rationale and drivers.
Demonstrate a passion for understanding the customer’s perspective whilst balancing with FIS financial and strategic objectives.
What You Bring:
+4 years of experience in fintech industry, finance, product, strategy, pricing, or consulting
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Prior Pricing Experience Preferred, Not Required.
Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills with ability to understanding drivers and impacts.
Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization.
Highly organized, proactive, tenacious, and detail oriented.
Ability to exercise sound business judgment in decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of technical and non-technical colleagues.
Strong sense of integrity and ethics.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $71,810.00 – $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
