Job Description
- Lead and manage the finance and operations team
- Ensure the financial sustainability of the organisation
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans
- Oversee daily operations and organisational finances
- Manage financial risk and compliance
- Report to the board on financial performance and projections
- Engage with stakeholders and partners on finance-related matters
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance & Ops Director should have:
- A professional qualification in finance or accounting
- Proven experience in a senior financial management role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent financial and business acumen
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
