For our Portfolio Strategy team in Lausanne, Switzerland we are therefore looking for a Portfolio Lead for our Conventional Cigarette (CC) Portfolio, including Brands like MARLBORO, CHESTERFIELD and L&M.

The CC Portfolio Team is in the middle of all business initiatives for combustible products, building the strategy, orchestrating related projects among multiple partners and deploying the relevant initiatives from A to Z.

In this position you will work closely with the Head of CC Portfolio in defining, planning and executing CC portfolio strategies that help to achieve annual and long-term KPIs.

You will:

• Contribute building annual brand and strategic plans, including the entire marketing mix (product, distribution, price, offers) for our supported brands.
• Monitor brand and category performance and support optimization for product portfolio, considering Legal Age Smoker customer needs, market potential, competitors, and brand performance.
• Manage CC portfolio and support implementation of CC portfolio projects: new launches, limited packaging/price editions, product and packaging changes and special initiatives ensuring efficient and effective launch of projects, from ideation to post-launch evaluation, including project planning and management, involving all necessary partners, with the objective of excellence in execution.
• Collaborate with multiple local-, and global teams, as well as external agencies to develop campaigns, product packaging, assets to support key products, key visuals, product offers, impact at point of sale and trade material as well as new introductions.
• Work closely with Key Account-, Supply Chain-, and global Operations Teams to ensure production volumes, timely distribution, and distribution in Key Accounts in Switzerland.
• Track CC direct marketing expenses and sales allowance budget. Liaise with Key Accounts and Finance teams to validate product offers and compensations. Track expenses, accruals and inputs for Budget Cycles for the CC Portfolio Team.
• Initiate and coordinate project submissions for approvals for CC in the respective systems and with the defined partners.

We’re looking for someone with:

• With a Master/Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or Event/Project Management, Marketing and Sales, Marketing and Communication, and professional experience of minimum 1 year.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional projects.
• Positive, solution oriented thinking, action oriented with the ability to work with ambiguity.
• Good Project Management and analytical Skills
• A good understanding of the Trade Structure in Switzerland is an asset.
• Team player
• Eager to learn and navigate outside the comfort zone
• Fluent in English, and German or French
• At ease working with specific digital programs on a daily base
