The Restaurant is self-service with some classic Belgian dishes.
During the main holidays Christmas, New Year and February half-term we can be serving up to 200 people each day.
Tasks
Working shifts that cover the opening and closing of the Restaurant.
This includes, but is not limited to the following duties:
Customer Meet & greet
Taking customer orders with an iPad – Lightspeed POS system and Sum Up Contactless credit card machine
Bar service
Restaurant service
Shift close down including cash-up at the end of shift
Drink stock management
Assistance with clearing snow from the Terrace
Generally, as a Team player assisting where necessary with the requirements of the Business.
Requirements
Someone from within the European Union.
Individuals who can bring true Hospitality to the Guest experience with their personality. Someone who has a good eye for detail, is motivated, can work independently and within a Team. Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor is a must in a high volume Restaurant.
Based in the German speaking part of Canton Wallis the role requires the candidates to be able to speak German.

Supplemental pay types:
- Tips collected and paid monthly
- Holiday money and any overtime paid at the end of the season
The Winter Season has already started and ends on or around Tuesday 9th April 2024 (The end Date will be confirmed with a minimum 2 weeks prior notice being given).
