Responsibilities
As a Receptionist Administrative Assistant your main responsibilities will
include:
- Welcomes and notifies visitors
- Handles incoming calls efficiently
- Manages mail and express shipment supplies
- Support contract signing and document logistics
- Coordinates office equipment maintenance and order office material
- Maintains reception area during guest visits
- Coordinates catering, hotel reservations and local logistics during guest visits
- Supports the Team in preparation for Team building events
- Organizes reception and kitchen area
- Undertakes assigned and additional duties: data bases, document administration
- Supports Dispatch operational department in high season and by request
- Participates in various training seminars:

Qualifications
As a Receptionist Administrative Assistant your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- From 2-5 years’ clerical experience or certification in secretarial science
- Proficient in document administration, office, and database management
- Skilled in travel arrangements and logistics coordination
- Knowledgeable in office machines and general office procedures
- Fluent in English & German (additional languages advantageous)
- Experienced in diverse administrative tasks and business procedures
- Typing speed of approximately 60 wpm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERPs preferred
- Capable of data entry and robust back-office administrative support
- Possesses multitasking, detail-oriented, and time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
Base Location
Lachen, Switzerland.
Work Schedule:
Part Time 2 days / week on Thursday & Friday. 16 hours / week.
