The Main Tasks And Responsibilities Include
- Welcoming and supporting our international guests and visitors as the company’s first point of contact
- Focal point for employees for general questions about services offered by the company
- Operation of the telephone exchange (internal and external)
- Booking taxis and other transfers
- Management of our meeting rooms
- Various administrative tasks
The ideal candidate
- can advise international guests in both German and English
- is able to work in a multicultural environment and can contribute to a welcoming atmosphere with the professional and courteous manner
- can work independently, with joy, enthusiasm and commitment and is prepared to ensure a high level of service
- is able to set priorities correctly and can stay professional in hectic situations
Qualifications And Requirements
- Reception experience
- Very good knowledge of German and English (oral/written)
- High level of service awareness and team-oriented working style
- Discreet and loyal personality
- Well-groomed appearance and pleasant manners
- Current SWISS B/C Permit or passport holder of EU
