Exclusive Search Mandate: On behalf of our client, a global trading and manufacturing company in eastern Switzerland, we are looking for an Accountant for the Europe Business. In this function, you support the team in Finance, Controlling and Tax areas.
Among other things, you can expect a multifaceted and international field of activity, regular knowledge transfer and short decision-making paths in a company with a significant success story.
Tasks
- Accounting > You are responsible for the financial accounting of Swiss companies and support the preparation of the monthly and quarterly reporting
- Taxes & more > In cooperation with external service providers, you manage the VAT statements for Switzerland as well as for other European countries. Furthermore, you are also responsible for the T&E management
- Projects > You take part in accounting projects and provide support when it comes to analysing, planning and budgeting the Europe business
Requirements
- Brainpower > You possess a commercial or business administration diploma with a specialisation in Finance & Accounting, additional continuing education would be an advantage
- Background > You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in an international company
- Multilingual > In addition to English, you are also fluent in German
- Teamplayer > You appreciate a constructive and proactive collaboration
- Personality > You have a structured way of working, are eager to learn and open-minded
