Teradyne Korea is looking for a Human Resources Representative based in Seoul. This position will report to Korea HR Manager and be responsible for undertaking a wide range of HR-related responsibilities, working with business stakeholders and HR teams to understand organizational goals and challenges, and providing strategic HR consultation.

Responsibilities

  • Executing HR activities that align with business needs, ensuring effective talent acquisition, performance management, C&B, and employee development.
  • Developing, executing, and managing training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to foster employee engagement and improve employee experience.
  • Participating in employee relations activities, promoting a respectful, collaborative culture and a diverse, inclusive work environment.
  • Gathering and analyzing HR metrics to provide data-driven recommendations and support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintaining accurate, well-ordered documentation of workplace events.
  • Providing expertise and guidance on HR policies, ensuring compliance with laws/regulations.
  • Assist in talent sourcing using different channels, such as LinkedIn, internal referrals, and other professional networks to build diverse pipelines.
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities/tasks assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years HR working experience in the high-tech industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering within tight turn-around times
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors) will be a plus
  • Ability to work independently
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Bachelor’s in HR or relevant field
