With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the Finance team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our internal and external clients. Where you will add significant value, identifying ways to further strengthen and, to continuously support in providing outstanding service to our business; ensuring quality and consistency in all that we do.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax filings, audits, and financial statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the Director of Finance and senior management team, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing support to department heads in managing their budgets.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performance.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years’ accounting experience in a 5-star luxury hotels and resorts in similar capacity
  • Graduate degree in accounting or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong management reporting skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Finance.
