Responsibilities
The IT Systems Analyst Developer role is responsible to contribute and support the delivery of all projects related to software development within Fosroc. The role will provide technical support and administration based on development best practices to ensure that all projects are delivered efficiently, in line with business requirements and within the agreed constraints
Ensure that all projects are delivered with a high level of quality and minimal amount of defects
• Be an ambassador for IT, working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments.
• Responsible for maintaining communication channels and working relationships by being the first point of contact for all related project stakeholders
• Analyse and translate business requirements into corporate solutions
• Liaise with the IT Partners / Vendors to ensure the quality of service and performance across the region is maintained.
• Maintain, update and report project tracking and defects metrics monthly to Business/IT management
• Manage change requests for any programming modifications related to Fosroc applications
• Participate on the development for Reports, Business Intelligence, including KPI’s, scorecards, Dashboard and Reports
• Supervise and monitor Service Desk tickets to ensure consistency across IT function
• Develop and manage IT development policies and procedures in collaboration with Group IT Manager
• Supervise and monitor ERP Tracker request to ensure consistency across all function
• Develop and deliver automated workflow for Enterprise core functions
• Evaluate new technology and propose solutions at a group level
• Travel within the regions and work overtime as required to deliver projects and services to the business.
• Deliver projects within time frame and on budget

* Clear communicator (written and verbal)
* Understanding of Project management concept

Functional and Technical skills
* Understanding of project and Agile methodology.
* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 2009 2012 365.
* Thorough knowledge of Net Framework, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
* Skilled in Power Automation Workflow and forms development
* Expert in Microsoft development framework
* Good understanding of support and Administration process.
Educational requirements
A graduate with a minimum of 5 years experience in software analysis and development, Managing ERP systems, with a proven track record in enterprise project development and delivery.
* Ability to deliver within deadlines
* Ability to work under high-pressure
* Strong leadership, organizational development and communication skills
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at one time
* Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable and professional
