JOB TITLE
Operations Officer Intern | MAF LifeStyle | Operations
ROLE SUMMARY
As an Operations Officer Intern at THAT Concept Store, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our concept store. You will be involved in Store Operations, stock management, Store administrative tasks, and support projects across the store. Additionally, you will assist in learning and development administration to help our team members grow and excel.
ROLE PROFILE
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for team members.
- Assist Daily Opening and Closing procedures to ensure all P&P are in place.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in replenishment processes.
- Assist in creating and updating operational documents and Reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a Fresh graduate.
- Team player
- Microsoft office experience is required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
