We are building up our Technical teams in new regions and we are seeking an experienced Lead Cocos Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITY
As the Lead Cocos Frontend Developer, you will be in charge of assembling and managing the Artists’ team.
Every aspect of a new game, including the graphic assets, character interface, and game sequences, should be planned and detailed. Determine what your target audience desires. Convert a preliminary notion into a thorough concept and then put it into action. Make changes to the game design criteria as the project progresses to incorporate new advancements.
Lead the game’s user experience (UX) design, ensuring that players enjoy the best possible experience.
ESSENTIAL
- 5 years of experience as a game artist, art manager, art director, or creative manager.
- Be proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustration, Spine, and others.
- Understanding of or experience with game UI/UX.
- Skilled at drawing game characters, scenes, and user interfaces.
- Be adaptable in a variety of drawing styles.
- Be creative and unique.
- Understand the game engine’s operation mechanism and animation.
- Workplace stress resistance.
- Have an excellent product mentality (the ability to comprehend and experience the games they created as a genuine consumer).
- Be able to work both individually and in groups.
- Orient and manage team operations.
- Be an excellent team player.
DESIRABLE
- Sample project portfolio.
- Passion for and knowledge of the online gaming sector.
- Passionate about learning new things and applying them to produce appealing game assets
