Position Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the account, including collaboration with internal team members and external clients. The AE’s goal is to fulfill our scope of services and exceed expectations. The Account Executive supports the senior account lead and account team members in day-to-day client business management. They are stewards of the client relationship and clients’ business needs, including maintaining effective communication with clients and supervising across all project deliverables. They also work with all departments in the agency and must respect process and drive integration and collaboration.

Minimum Skills & Requirements

• Zero to three (0-3) years of overall experience
• Prior experience in digital marketing agency environment required (internship, work-study, prior role, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field
• Prior experience in digital marketing agency environment
• Prior project management exposure and experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively toward a goal
• Must be able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Must be able to transform abstract concepts and ideas into concrete results
• Highly creative and imaginative
• Highly curious, always wanting to learn more
• Highly organized and articulate
• Detail oriented and excels in juggling multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and sales skills
• Self-confident and able to command a room

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between company, client, and leaders
• Handle client communication and initiatives
• Handle internal communication across departments: media, analytics and creative
• Build rapport and credibility to engage in and foster strong relationships with co-workers, clients and partner agencies
• Research and understand the brand, monitor competitors and overall category to identify implications that add value for the client in a proactive manner
• Take accurate notes on client meetings, disseminating information to internal teams when necessary
• Assist in building client decks, adhering to agency and client standards
• Concurrently manages multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas
• Perform other related duties as assigned
