Position Summary: Media Strategists at Levelwing lead paid media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to: paid search, sponsored listings, paid social, programmatic display/video, TV, radio, OOH, etc; depending upon client needs. Media Strategists mentor and manage a team of Media Specialists, provide strategic direction, oversee media campaign execution, and perform ongoing management of media campaigns to include budget pacing and optimizations, as well as reporting oversight and refinement.

Minimum Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelors in marketing, communications, media or equivalent
  • Three plus (3+) years of experience in media planning, buying, and/or strategy specific to paid media
  • Three plus (3+) years of client facing experience
  • Ability to teach and guide specialists on how to effectively use paid media platforms
  • In-platform expert in paid search, paid social, or programmatic platforms: Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc; The Trade Desk, Adobe, StrataView, etc.
  • Experience analyzing data and creating actionable insight from that data, with proven track record of evolving media campaigns to exceed clients’ performance goals
  • Exceptional leadership capability with proven track record of managing team members

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform ongoing strategy development across select clients, working closely with Account team and other Media team members to leverage client business goals and insight to create innovative and effective paid media strategies
  • Perform ongoing analysis of paid media campaigns, providing clients and internal team members with campaign optimization recommendations
  • Lead campaign reporting and insight analysis; cadence varies by client
  • Quality assurance of all campaign set up prior to campaign launch for select clients
  • Management of one to two (1-2) Media Specialists, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, feedback and support

Locations: Levelwing is committed to providing our employees with work environments that suite their lifestyles, as a result we operate as a remote and hybrid agency with office locations in Charleston, South Carolina, and Nashville, Tennessee.
