ROLE PURPOSE:

The primary purpose of this position is to grow the current individual donor base by providing them with the opportunity to make a difference in a child’s life either through a regular, repeat or one-time donation for SCP. The FO’s will deliver on revenue goals by contributing to the acquisition and retention of donors, developing relationships and providing quality donor relations to ensure SCP’s Programs are supported.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 2-year customer service or fundraising experience is required
• College graduate, preferably with Communications, Marketing or Business degree
• Excellent communication & writing skills both in English and Filipino
• Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to negotiate challenging situations to achieve goals & deadlines
• Goal oriented with the ability to solve problems & take initiative
• Positive attitude with a positive and entrepreneurial drive to achieve success
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office package
• Results-oriented and proven track record in marketing in competitive environments; experience in campaigning, convincing, negotiating with successful results will be an advantage
• Demonstrates strong commitment to Save the Children’s mission, vision and values. Previous experience with child rights programming will be an advantage.

• Strong cross-functional teamwork is required across multiple sections of the organization including programs, web, communications, and branding, among others.
