As a Sales Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for handling all day-2-day Operations e activities to support the business units in orders fulfillment by follow E2E process to achieve sales target, also to support company projects to show the Grow OPS & DE improvement – to Simplify operations process, and to Empower our business.

Other Key Responsibilities:-

Improve & drive E2E order management process improvement, liaison between Distributors, Commercial Organization and Regional order fulfilment Team
Build & manage the supply chain demand forecast with hub commercial and marketing team: demand analysis, order book data, sales analysis using inventory levels and secondary sales analysis
Indirect channel inventory management: obtain/review distributor inventory data and highlight risks area and corrective action required
Backorder management for the hub liaison between Region and Hub Commercial Team
Improve forecasting process with all key stakeholders by drafting a monthly roadmap with actions and deadline
Improve Order Management processes by drafting for each MENAT markets all requirements and duration associated for a better execution
Executing relevant tasks that are necessary to support order to delivery in assigned businesses.
Executing order management process from order intake to delivery
Executing irregular transactions (demo, sample, FOC, returns, and etc.)
Maintaining a positive, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Price Lists Management
Build & manage SOP`s
Carry out related communication with customers

 

About you :-

Bachelor or master’s degree
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage projects and execute on them
Ability to work cross functional and regions
Ability to implement and improve processes
Ability to remove obstacles and find solutions
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
