Qualification: Anybody can apply to whoever is above class X (school, college, university students, pass out or any other people).

LOCATION: Work from Home.

You have to choose only one department of the internship.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENTS

1) Social Media Marketing :

Duration-3 Months

Key Responsibility Area:-

1st Month

1) Day 1: Know what is Aashman Foundation

2) 21 days : Milk Bank Campaign(Raise funds/support for children in need to provide them milk to fight malnutrition)

3) 11 days : Collaboration with Influencers/bloggers

Month 2:

1) 7 days : Social Launch on any given social cause by us

2) 7 days : Enhance Brand Reach among people

3) 21 days : Share your Happiness campaign(Register individuals to celebrate their happiness with aashman)

3rd Month

1) 11 days : Intellectual Express

2) 10 days : Sign up- campaign

3) 5 days : Team goal(team will be formed and they need to decide a social goal among themselves and make a difference)

4) 5 days : Dil Khol Kar Dekho (do a good deed, make a video and send it to us)

2) Marketing & sales :

Duration – 45 Months

Work: Generate funds for the organization to support the needy, collaborate with brands & individuals for gathering either funds or brand awareness, branding, lead generation, client relationship management, etc

Key Responsibility Area:

1. 1 day: Know Aashman Foundation

2. 14 days : ISR project

3. 7 days : Activities with corporates

4. 14 days : Share your Happiness project

5. 21 days : Lead Generation

6. 14 days : Collaboration with Brands

7. 14 days : Widow Helpdesk

8. 7 days : Widow Helpdesk Car fuel campaign

9. 3 days : Ek or ek gyarh

10. 3 days: dil khol ke toh dekho

3) Human Resources (HR) :

Duration – 45 Days, 3 Months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months

Roles & responsibilities for HR profile- 👇

• Create internship drives on college campuses

• Use online medium to enroll candidates

• Screen resumes and application forms

• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

• Post, update & remove internship ads from intern boards, career pages, and social networks

• Prepare HR-related report’s as needed (like training budget by department)

• Participate in organizing company events and careers days.

4) Social work department :

Duration : 3/6/9/12 Months

KRA:

The intern will have to work on social causes and will not be involved in professional work like HR

At present it is online and if the intern is willing to work offline it’s his discretion.

5) Fundraising Department :

Duration : 30 Days, 45 Days

Key Responsibility Area:

1. 1 Day : know what is Aashman Foundation

2. 14 days : Share your Happiness campaign (Register your Happiness with aashman)

3. 11 days : Let’s be ready for red ( sanitary napkins campaign)

4. 10 days : Baal Depression (Providing toys to underprivileged children)

5. 10 days: Milk Bank Campaign (providing milk to fight malnutrition)

6) Online Event Management :

Duration -3 Months

👉🏻 Interns need to generate an idea for online events, gather masses, do events for awareness about Aashman and various social agendas about the NGO itself.

👉🏻 Collaborate with brands & individuals to make the event happen, handle team, etc.

👉🏻 Work from home.

7) Graphic Designing :

Duration – 3 months

They need to make graphics – posters, videos, etc for digital platforms using their creative skills.

8) Winter Internship :

Duration: 30 Days, 3 Months

Task :

This department will contain tasks from Human Resource, social media Marketing, fundraiser, sales & Marketing department. This is an overall internship department. 1 task of each department will be there.

9) Content Writing (Hindi/English) :

Duration : 3 Months
